FAQ

Your questions, answered.

Something else on your mind? Just reply to your order email and we'll help.

What is the passenger pillow for?

It is a full-body comfort pillow for road trips and long car rides. The oversized J-shape gives your head, neck, arms and knees somewhere soft to rest while you ride in the passenger seat.

Can I wear my seatbelt with it?

Yes. The belt goes across the top of the pillow as usual, so you stay buckled in the whole time. Keep the seat upright while the car is moving and never put anything between you and the airbag.

Is it really that soft?

The top is baby-pink velvet and the underside is white plush, with embroidered apples and bows on the arms. It is made to be hugged.

Can I use it at home too?

Absolutely. Off the road it works as a full-body pillow on the couch or in bed.

Does it make a good gift?

It is one of the cutest gifts for a girlfriend, bestie or any Hello Kitty fan. Pick the Bestie pack above to get two and save.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–4 business days, then delivery typically takes 6–12 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships. Something wrong with your order? Just reply to your confirmation email and we'll make it right.
